This was a huge hit at our family barbecue and was so simple to put together. The warm, soft bananas paired with the cold ice cream and toppings created the perfect contrast. It is a creative twist on a classic dessert that looks impressive but takes very little effort to prepare.

I never thought about grilling bananas before, but it completely changes the dessert game. The heat from the grill caramelizes the sugars perfectly, making them so much more flavorful than a standard banana split. It is a fun and interactive way to end a summer cookout with something sweet.
