Skillet Seared Blue Marlin
Try this easy Blue Marlin recipe for a weeknight dinner. Quick skillet-seared steaks that are tender, flaky, and packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 Blue Marlin Steaks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil lemon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat a 10″ skillet on medium/high heat with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle each side of the steaks with seasoning salt.
- Sear each side for 3-5 minutes until fish is white all the way through and flaky.
Notes
- Pat the steaks dry before seasoning to help create a golden, flavorful crust.
- Make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the fish to prevent sticking.
- Flip the steaks gently with a wide spatula to keep them intact.
