Bake 30-40 minutes at 350° F in the oven. If making for camping, use 12 coals on bottom and 16 on top. Chicken is done when internal temperature is 165° F, or when pierced with a fork, the juices run clear.
Remove chicken to a plate and tent with foil. Put the pot with the sauce over medium heat and simmer it for 10 minutes until it thickens. Return the chicken to the sauce and serve.
