These Nutella blondies are quick, easy, and filled with gooey chocolate-hazelnut swirls. With simple ingredients like brown sugar, butter, and Nutella, they’re ready in under 30 minutes for a decadent treat everyone will love.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9″ cast iron wedge pan or 9″ cast iron skillet with non stick cooking spray.
In medium bowl mix together brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients slowly until mixed well together. Pour batter in each wedge or in the skillet. Add teaspoon of Nutella in each wedge swirling with a toothpick.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Make sure your butter and eggs are at room temperature for a smooth, well-mixed batter.
Gently swirl the room-temperature Nutella into the batter with a toothpick to keep the swirl pattern intact.
Keep an eye on the baking time and check with a toothpick at 15 minutes to achieve soft, fudgy blondies.
