Ingredients

leftover roasted turkey
shredded or chopped (Could also use ground turkey)

leftover sausage stuffing
1 ½

leftover turkey gravy
plus extra for serving

mashed potatoes
fresh or leftover

shredded cheese
optional, cheddar or mozzarella

for skillet greasing

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease skillet with butter.
Layer stuffing evenly across the bottom of the skillet.
Add turkey on top of stuffing.
Pour gravy over turkey to keep everything moist.
Spread mashed potatoes across the top in an even layer, smoothing with a spatula.
Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes for a golden crust.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the top is lightly browned and bubbling.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot, with extra gravy on the side.

Use cold turkey and stuffing for easier layering.
