(two-15 oz cans or homemade)

all-beef hot dogs
sliced

green onions
chopped; (3 green onions)

shredded; (aproximately 3 cups)

cubed; (we used Grands)

unsalted butter
melted

granulated garlic
(garlic powder works too, but use a bit more)

dried parsley

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Add the chili, sliced hot dogs, and green onions to the cast iron skillet; stir to combine.
Cover the chili mixture with the grated cheese.
Cut and cube each biscuit (see notes) and add them to a medium-size bowl.
Toss the biscuit cubes with the melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
Scatter the biscuits over the cheese, taking care to fill in any large holes/gaps, unless so desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top and no longer doughy in the center.
Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to rest for at least minutes before serving.
Serve and enjoy.

The size of the biscuits is a personal choice. We cut each biscuit into three rows then those rows into four cubes.
