½ cup light brown sugar packed ¼ cup spiced dark rum 2 tbsp water 1 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp salt 4 tbsp unsalted butter cut into fourths 1 tsp lemon juice 3 bananas ripe; coin-sliced
Heat the skillet over medium heat.
Combie the sugar, rum, water, cinnamon, salt, butter, and lemon juice and add it to the skillet.
Whisk frequently until the sugar has disolved, about 3-5 minutes.
Once the sugar has disolved and the sauce and thickend, add the bananas.
All the bananas to cook for up to 4 minutes without being disturbed.
Flip the bananas, making sure they are fully mixed into the sauce; continue cooking for up to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serve over vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
