Heat the large skillet (at least 10-inches) over medium high heat.
Slice the hot dogs and sear them in the hot skillet for just a minute or two, drain any renderings.
Reduce to medium heat and gently stir in the baked beans.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally, about 2-4 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Use a package of your favorite hot dogs; some have 8 count and others have 10 count. Some packages are 10 ounces, others 12, 14, or 16 oz. A few common mix-ins:
Brown sugar
Add ketchup, bbq sauce, Dijon or yellow mustard.
Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce to deepen the flavor
Onions and garlic or onion powder and garlic powder
Salt, pepper and even a pinch of cayenne for some additional heat.
