Ingredients

  • 5 lb beef brisket
  • 8 oz salsa
  • 2 oz onion soup mix
  • 12 oz cola

Instructions

  • Mix Salsa, Onion soup mix and Cola in a bowl.
  • Line a 14″ Dutch oven with aluminum foil.
  • Pour mixture over brisket and seal with the aluminum foil.
  • Cook at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours or until tender.
