Ingredients

  • 29 oz marinated artichoke hearts drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine ingredients in bowl and mix well.
  • Add mixture to a 10″ cast iron skillet and bake for 20-30 minutes.
