Equipment

  • 12" Cast Iron Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef lean
  • ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • cup dehydrated onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients and form into balls 1 inch thick.
  • Place meatballs into a 15" cast iron skillet.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
