- 13" or 14" Cast Iron Skillet
Ingredients
Ribs
- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp olive oil wood infused by Redstone Olive Oil
Rub
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅛ cup paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked salt Redstone Alderwood
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
Bath
- 8 tbsp butter cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil wood infused by Redstone Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Spread olive oil over ribs and spread pork dry rub over all sides.
- Smoke for 2 hours at 225 degrees with apple chips.
- Add olive oil to cast iron skillet. Top with butter and honey and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Smoke for another 2 hours at 225 degrees.
- Uncover and smoke for another 30 minutes directly on the rack at 225 degrees.
- Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Incredible flavor! We love cooking in the smoker during the summer to not heat up the house and this was perfect!
