Beef Brisket

Ingredients

4-5 lb Beef Brisket
8 oz Salsa
1 package Onion soup mix
1 – 12 oz can of Cola

Directions

Mix Salsa, Onion soup mix and Cola in a bowl. Line a 14″ Dutch oven with aluminum foil. Pour mixture over brisket and seal with the aluminum foil. Cook at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours or until tender.
